The Institute of Brunei Technical Education, IBTE is organising the IBTE Convo Festival in conjunction with the 33rd Convocation Ceremony. The festival was officiated on 14th October morning at the International Convention Centre in Berakas.

It was launched by Awang Radin Sufri bin Radin Basuni, Chief Executive Officer of Datastream Digital Sendirian Berhad and Member of the IBTE Governing Board. Among the highlights of this year's convo is the IBTE Career Fair 2025, which is attended by more than 30 companies including uniformed forces and government departments. The career fair offers specific job opportunities for IBTE graduates and alumni. Also held are IBTE alumni sharing sessions and a career guidance service counter.
